DULSCO Walk - in Interview Date: 15 -June -2023 to 21 -June - 2023 Time: 09:00AM to 8:00 PM Industrial Instrument Technician Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for completing instrumentation maintenance jobs on various field instruments and equipment, including gas analyzers, weigh feeders, kiln feed systems, weigh bridges, packing machines, gas burners and gas reduction stations, samplers, and various types of field instruments. Responsibilities: • Ensure completion of instrumentation maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality, safety, and effec tiveness, minimizing costs to maximize equipment availability. •Possess a working knowledge of the operating principles of field instruments and equipment, including gas analyzers, weigh feeders, kiln feed systems, weigh bridges, packing machines, gas burners and gas reduction stations, samplers, and various types of field instruments. •Perform repair and maintenance tasks on the aforementioned field instruments and equipment. • Troubleshoot control faults. • Safely and properly use tools required for instrumentation maintenance. •Have in-depth knowledge of safety procedures in the area of responsibility. Requirements: • 3-year diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics. • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in an industrial plant or cement factory. Working knowledge of the operating principles of field instruments and equipment. •Proficiency in troubleshooting control faults. •Familiarity with safe and proper tool usage. •In-depth knowledge of safety procedures in the instrumentation field.
